STEP 3 - Water Test

The foam is manufactured on site using a resin and foaming agent mixed with water.

Because the water hardness varies in different parts of the country depending on where the local water supplies are sourced from, we test the water and then add a measured quantity of water hardener to produce hard water for making the foam. This ensure a consistent high quality product is manufactured.
